R.E.2. International Referrals

These are the International agents wages for representing the buyer or seller sides in a Real Estate deal with Broker Richard George PN-4887 in The Republic of Panamá:

• The minimum commission, total for both sides is at least 5%
  • Buyers and
  • sellers
• The minimum commission, total for representing either side is at least 2.5%
  • Buyers or
  • sellers

Note: The percentage will be calculated based on the net commission, minus any agency splits (including Developers that your clients may choose) or fees that may apply.

The International Real Estate agents commission will depend on their level of engagement and is between 20%-25% or up to 30% for affiliates, it is to be discounted and paid before Lift-Intl’s commission is paid.

And the payment of the 7% sales tax that will be adjusted from the net amount that Lift-Intl will be paid.
