About unit 1B – Vacation rental:

The beach condo is fully stacked, it is a oceanfront unit with a panoramic view.

It has 2 bedrooms and the main one has a queen bed and space for an inflatable mattress; the second bedroom has 2 twin beds and the fifth person would use an inflatable mattress.

It is located in front of the beach within a Beach Club so it has access to the entire 1 km of beach.

Surf lessons can be taken with the Academy in the gated community.

Inclusions:

The guest have access to the whole apartment, use of the pool area, pool furniture.

There are 2 pools for the kids, games for the children, beach and pool beds (the ones identified as: for tenants, Note: please do not use those of owners).

There are restaurants in the complex: Venta and Surf Shack.

For the paddle tennis courts you must bring all the equipment and ask us to reserve with the day and time in advance to your visit.

Unit 1B features:

Guest access:

1. Full use apartment, full use of the pool & pool furniture, there are 2 children’s pools and games for children, beach, beach and pool kiosks, (only use kiosks identified as tenants, do not use those of owners).
2. There are restaurants in the complex: Vento and Surf Shack.
3. There are paddle tennis courts but to use them you must bring all the equipment, and have us to reserve with the day and time.

Important to highlight that the Building is just steps from the sea.

Optional Transportation:

Take a Guided drive from Panamá City to the beaches and Countryside up to Coronado in Western Panamá Province.

Duration: 1 hour and 20 minutes by road, each way.

1. One way basic cost for 1 or 2 guests of $110.00 (different days) and
2. Round Trip the same day if necesary for anyone, has a basic cost for 1 or 2 guests of $175.00 (only if someone needs to return the same day).

Additional guests costs:

1. for One Way drop offs and pick ups add: +$10.00 each after the 3rd guest.
2. for Round Trip same day add: +$20.00 each after the 3rd guest.
