About unit 4C – Ventanas del Mar 3:

Beautiful fully furnished apartment with Ocean view and the pool, peaceful and just steps from the sea.

Also mountain views, it is a 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms unit with an open kitchen.

Description: Open kitchen area, breakfast bar, living room, balcony with beautiful view, master bedroom with queen bed, private bathroom, window with mountain views.

Bedroom 2 with a cabin or bunk bed with 3 single beds and a closet.

Open kitchen with sea views, living room, breakfast area, balcony with 4-seat table set & chairs with a panoramic view of the sea and pool.

Inclusions:

The guests in Playa Caracol Ventanas del Mar 3 have access to the whole apartment with full use of the pool area, pool furniture, there are 2 children’s pools, games for children, beach, beach and pool kiosks, (only use kiosks identified as tenants, do not use those of owners).

There are restaurants in the complex: Vento and Surf Shack.

There are paddle tennis courts, to use them you must bring all the equipment just tell us in advance to reserve with the day and time.

Full use apartment, full use of the pool, pool furniture, there are 2 kiddie pools, playgroung, beach and pool beds (please only use the ones identified for use of the tenants, do not use the owners only ones).

Building is just steps from the long sandy beach.

Optional Transportation:

A Lift-Intl professional driver from Panamá City to Playa Caracol Ventanas del Mar 3, Chame in Western Panamá Province.

Duration: 1 hour and 20 minutes by road, each way.

1. One way basic cost for 1 or 2 guests of $110.00 (different days) and
2. Round Trip the same day has a basic cost for 1 or 2 guests of $175.00 (only if returning the same day)

Additional guests costs:

1. for One Way drop offs and pick ups add: +$10.00 each after the 3rd guest.
2. for Round Trip (ONLY same day) add: +$20.00 each after the 3rd guest.
