Chepo is our premium RUGGED Horseback riding “detour” seasonal destination (December-August), great for riding trails to waterfalls, with optional equine therapy for children and teens with conditions such as autism or childhood trauma.

Duration: 6-8 hours, Dress Code: Wear hiking footwear, jeans or long pants, swim wear and towel in a light daypack/bag.

Inclusions: Round trip road transportation, the typical Panamanian lunch included is: beef, chicken or pork, and iced water.

Description

This Cattle farm in Chepo will be an experience to remember with very special hosts.

This is our premium RUGGED Horseback riding “detour”, it is a seasonal destination (December-August).

This is a 4 wheel drive through rivers and creeks up in the hills in Eastern Panama, it is a must to say that this is by far one of the cult classics.

Observation: As flash flooding happens when water from storms up in the top of the hills rush down.

We will monitor these before heading out, but these can be unpredictable during the rainy months, so please understand that we will always focus on your safety first and avoid forcing a dangerous crossing of these rivers and creeks when these occur.

Great for riding trails to waterfalls, with optional equine therapy for children, teens and grown ups with conditions such as autism or childhood trauma.

Duration: 6-8 hours.

Dress Code: Wear hiking footwear, jeans or long pants, swim wear and towel in a light daypack/bag.
